The Polka Dot Frances Short is made from super soft tencel twill.  It has wide-leg with deep pockets, a pleated waist, and a side bow closure for an easy fit. Dress it up with our Emanuella Trench Coat or pair it with one of our microknit tops. Available in Cookies and Cream (white with black dots) and Banana Split (yellow with brown dots). .
